1. Marketing site — informational only

The website at g8support.com (the “Site”) is a marketing and informational resource operated by G8 IT. Content on the Site describes services at a high level and is provided for general information. It is not a contract, statement of work, service level agreement, security questionnaire response, legal opinion, medical or compliance certification, or professional advice of any kind.

Binding terms for services are only those in a signed customer agreement (and any exhibits such as SLAs, BAAs, or order forms). If Site content conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

2. Testimonials and case studies

Any testimonials, quotes, logos, or case studies on the Site are intended to illustrate selected customer experiences. They:

• Are used only with appropriate permission when named;
• May be anonymized or summarized;
• May describe results that depend on the customer’s environment, scope, configuration, and cooperation;
• Are not guarantees of future results, timelines, savings, uptime, audit outcomes, or security posture.

Past performance is not a promise of future performance. Individual results vary.

3. Performance, savings, and AI claims

References to efficiency, automation, speed, cost reduction, or AI-enabled workflows are illustrative unless tied to a specific, documented measurement described on the page. AI demos, screenshots, and sandbox experiences are demonstrations, not operational advice, and are not a substitute for architecture review, security review, or change management in your environment.

4. Compliance and certifications (including HIPAA)

Statements that G8 “supports,” “helps with,” or designs systems “for” frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar mean that G8 can provide controls, processes, and documentation intended to support a customer’s own compliance efforts for agreed scope.

They do not mean:

• That G8 warrants you are “compliant” or “certified”;
• That G8 is your covered entity, business associate, or auditor unless a signed agreement (such as a BAA) expressly says so;
• That website marketing language replaces a BAA, audit report, or customer responsibility matrix.

BAAs: A Business Associate Agreement is available for eligible customers where required by the engagement. Ask your G8 representative.

5. No warranty from Site content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability related to use of the Site is further limited by our Terms of Use.

6. Third-party names and marks

Product names, logos, and trademarks of third parties are the property of their respective owners. Use on the Site, if any, is for identification and does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
